The track revocation shaft oil cylinder is the core hydraulic actuator of the walking system of a crawler crane. It achieves the tensioning, adjustment, and joint movement of the track pin shaft through hydraulic drive, accurately controlling the tension and walking posture of the track to adapt to different terrain conditions and ensure the stability and reliability of the track system during walking and lifting of the crawler crane.

Advantages and Characteristics
Ultra high pressure impact resistance and tension capacity:
The working pressure is 28-40 MPa, and the peak pressure can reach 45 MPa. A single cylinder can provide 22-38 tons of tension force, which can stably cope with the impact of the track when walking on complex terrain (such as muddy and rocky roads), avoiding the instability of the whole machine caused by track slippage or relaxation.
Adaptive tension adjustment system:
Built in pressure sensor and displacement feedback device, real-time monitoring of track tension and automatic adjustment of oil cylinder expansion and contraction, with tension fluctuation range of ≤± 5%. It can dynamically compensate for track sag when walking on rough roads, maintaining smooth walking.
Anti eccentric load and wear-resistant structure:
The cylinder barrel is forged with 42CrMo and precision honed. The surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chromium and polished with a mirror finish. Combined with a self-lubricating guide sleeve, it can withstand a bias torque of up to 2 ° and reduce abnormal wear of the pin shaft and track plate;
The sealing system adopts a composite material of polyurethane and fluororubber, which is resistant to sand and dust intrusion (protection level IP67) and maintains sealing performance in harsh environments such as gravel and mud.
