Hydraulic Support Column Oil Cylinder

The hydraulic support column cylinder is the core executing component of the hydraulic support in the coal mine comprehensive mining face, which achieves active support and pressure compensation for the roof through hydraulic drive. It adopts a nested structure of cylinder and active column, and uses emulsion pressure to form support force, adapting to changes in roof pressure during coal seam mining in real time, suppressing rock subsidence, and providing safe support space for underground operations. Advantages and Characteristics

Ultra high voltage anti bias load structure:

The cylinder barrel is made of 42CrMo alloy forgings and ultra precision honing (roundness error ≤ 0.02mm), which can withstand top plate inclination deviation load within 5 °, and support force eccentricity error ≤ 3%, avoiding cylinder body deformation caused by deviation load;

The surface of the active column is coated with tungsten carbide by supersonic spraying (thickness 0.5-0.8mm, hardness ≥ HV1500), which improves the wear resistance by 5 times compared to traditional chrome plating and is suitable for frequent pressure conditions on the top plate.


Intelligent constant resistance pressure system:

Built in pressure displacement dual feedback pressure relief valve group, automatically yielding 30-80 mm when the top plate pressure exceeds 10% of the rated resistance. During the pressure relief process, the support force fluctuates by ≤± 5%, releasing concentrated stress in the rock layer and preventing sudden collapse of the top plate;

Dynamic response time ≤ 0.1s, suitable for the support requirements of rapid advancement (daily advancement ≥ 8 meters) of fully mechanized mining face.


Adaptability to extreme working conditions:

Temperature resistance -30 ℃~+70 ℃, stable operation can still be achieved in high altitude (≥ 4000 meters) and high humidity (humidity ≥ 95%) environments;

The impact resistant design can withstand 100g acceleration vibration (in accordance with ISO 16750-3 standard) and is suitable for strong vibration conditions during working face mining.


Modular and efficient maintenance:

Adopting a split design of cylinder barrel and active column, the replacement time of key components (such as seals and valve groups) is reduced by 60%, and the maintenance cycle is extended to 1200 hours;

Weight reduction of 18% compared to traditional columns with the same parameters (such as a cylinder diameter column with a diameter of less than or equal to 1.2 tons), combined with support trucks to achieve rapid installation and improve the efficiency of working face relocation.
