Advantages and Characteristics
Suspended anti eccentric load design:
Adopting a dual suspension structure of cylinder tube and active column, with a support force eccentricity error of ≤ 5%, it can withstand top plate inclination angle deviation load within 3 °, avoiding the risk of tipping caused by traditional pillars due to deviation load;
The suspension force balancing device evenly distributes hydraulic oil, reduces unilateral wear of seals, and increases seal life by 40%.
Constant resistance compression support capability:
Built in pressure sensitive relief valve (with an opening pressure of 1.1 times the rated pressure), automatically yielding 20-50 mm when the top plate is pressed, releasing concentrated stress and preventing sudden collapse of the top plate;
During the compression process, the fluctuation of support force should be ≤ ± 8%, and the continuous support strength should be maintained to adapt to the obvious coal seam conditions during the compression period.
High reliability underground adaptability:
The cylinder barrel is made of 27SiMn alloy forgings and quenched (hardness HRC48-52), and the inner wall is polished and chrome plated (thickness 20-30 μ m), with excellent corrosion resistance and a lifespan of ≥ 5 years in mine water with a pH value of 4-10;
The sealing system adopts a composite material of polyurethane and fluororubber, combined with a dust-proof ring labyrinth structure (dust-proof level IP67), which can block more than 99% of coal dust intrusion and reduce piston rod scratches.
Lightweight and easy maintenance:
Weight reduction of 15% -20% compared to traditional pillars with the same parameters (e.g. weight ≤ 110kg for pillars with a diameter of 125mm), making it easier for manual handling and installation underground;
Modular design enables independent replacement of cylinder, active column, and valve group, reducing maintenance time by 50% and adapting to the rapid excavation and support needs of coal mines.
