Application scenarios

1. Single piston rod double acting oil cylinder

Function: Used for propulsion systems, providing high thrust and adapting to the high load requirements of rock drilling. The cylinder stroke can be matched with different drilling depths according to the design of the drilling rig.


2. Multi section telescopic oil cylinder

Function: Installed on the drill arm or support mechanism, adjust the position of the drill bit through multi-level telescopic adjustment, while meeting the contraction requirements during equipment transportation, saving space.


3. Rotary oil cylinder

Function: Control the rotation angle of the drill bit to achieve multi angle drilling. Some models may use gear rack rotary oil cylinders to ensure the stability of angle adjustment.

1. High voltage and impact resistant design

The tunnel drilling rig needs to withstand high resistance and instantaneous impact from rock layers during drilling. The oil cylinder barrel may be made of high-strength alloy steel and reinforced with quenching and chrome plating to enhance compressive strength, with a pressure resistance value of over 30MPa.


2. Dust prevention and sealing technology

During drilling operations, there is a large amount of dust. The oil cylinder piston rod adopts a combination structure of double lip seals and dust rings to prevent dust from entering the cylinder and avoid hydraulic system pollution; Some oil cylinders may be equipped with protective covers to further enhance dust prevention capabilities.


3. Precise displacement control

Combined with displacement sensors or servo hydraulic systems, the oil cylinder can accurately control the propulsion speed and drilling depth, ensuring the accuracy of tunnel excavation contours and reducing over excavation or under excavation.


4. Wear resistance and long service life

Precise control of the clearance between the piston inside the oil cylinder and the cylinder barrel to reduce friction losses; The surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chromium to resist the scratching of rock debris and extend its service life to over 10000 hours.
