Application of Jiaheng hydraulic cylinder in shield tunneling machine
1. Propulsion system oil cylinder
Function: Drive the shield machine to advance as a whole and resist geological resistance.
Requirements for hydraulic cylinders: high synchronization accuracy for multiple cylinders; Need to adapt to sudden changes in complex geological loads such as soft soil and rock layers.
2. Knife disk drive system
Function: Provides torque for the rotation of the cutterhead.
