1. Double acting piston oil cylinder

Function: Mainly used in pumping systems, it drives the piston in both directions through hydraulic oil, providing sufficient thrust to transport high viscosity concrete slurry and ensuring stable pumping pressure.

Function: Installed at the connection part of the nozzle, it drives the nozzle to achieve multi angle adjustment through the reciprocating swing or rotation of the oil cylinder, meeting the spraying direction requirements during construction.

Function: Used for equipment support systems, it can flexibly expand and contract according to the height of the ground, quickly adjust the position of the machine body, and adapt to the support needs of different construction environments.

3. High voltage adaptability

The wet spraying machine has a high pumping pressure, and the oil cylinder design can withstand a working pressure of over 20MPa, ensuring stable operation under high pressure conditions and meeting the spraying requirements for long-distance and high head in tunnel construction.
