The sealing system adopts a polyurethane+metal skeleton composite structure, combined with a cylinder head labyrinth dustproof ring (dustproof level IP68), which can effectively block coal dust intrusion and maintain sealing performance in environments with dust concentration ≥ 1000mg/m ³;

The surface of the piston rod is coated with a ceramic coating (thickness 0.3-0.5mm, hardness ≥ HV1200) by supersonic plasma spraying, which improves the wear resistance by three times compared to traditional chrome plating and is suitable for high-frequency expansion and contraction operations during coal and rock cutting.

Explosion proof safety system:

Built in explosion-proof balance valve+dual liquid control lock, with a locking error of ≤ 1.5mm for the cutting arm in case of sudden pressure loss, to prevent the cutting head from falling; The cylinder head is equipped with an overpressure protection device (with an opening pressure of 1.3 times the rated pressure), which is suitable for underground explosion-proof requirements.
