Advantages and Characteristics
Micron level synchronous control accuracy:
Using laser displacement sensors and electro-hydraulic servo valves for closed-loop control, the synchronization error of multi cylinder lifting is ≤ 1mm (at a lifting height of 100 meters). Combined with a mechanical synchronous beam structure, it avoids the deflection of the mast caused by asynchronous lifting and prevents stress concentration in the structure.
Anti bias load and impact design:
Built in adjustable buffer valve, the speed automatically drops to 0.05m/s when lifted into place, reducing damage to the mast connecting bolts caused by impact vibration.
Long lifespan and environmental adaptability:;
The surface of the piston rod is coated with nano composite coating, which has three times the wear resistance of traditional chrome plating and is suitable for frequent lifting operations.
