The conveying cylinder (also known as the push cylinder or main cylinder) of a concrete pump truck is the core hydraulic actuator, responsible for driving the concrete piston to reciprocate in the conveying cylinder and push the concrete out through the pipeline.

Advantages and Characteristics
Double acting oil cylinder: There is pressure oil acting on both sides of the piston, achieving bidirectional drive (push and return).
Long stroke: The stroke is usually matched with the length of the conveying cylinder to ensure that the concrete piston can complete the pushing of the entire conveying cylinder.
High thrust/tension: It is necessary to overcome the huge frictional resistance of concrete in the pipeline.
High reliability&long lifespan: capable of withstanding high pressure, high-frequency reciprocating motion, and impact loads, requiring reliable sealing, wear resistance, and pollution resistance.
Buffer design: Buffer structures are usually designed at both ends of the stroke to reduce directional impact.
Connection method: The cylinder bottom is usually connected to the fixed structure of the pump truck through an ear shaft or pin shaft, and the piston rod end is connected to the concrete piston connection plate through a ball head or pin shaft.
