Extreme pressure bearing capacity:
Under working pressure of 26-36 MPa, the peak pressure can reach 42 MPa, and a single leg can provide stable support force of 22-32 tons, calmly dealing with the impact load and rollover risk during pumping by the pump truck.
Impact resistance and stability:
Adopting reinforced cylinder (such as 27SiMn alloy steel forgings) and multi-stage sealing system, effectively buffering the instantaneous impact of leg deployment/retraction, suppressing hydraulic oil leakage, and ensuring the stability of leg support.
Millimeter level synchronization accuracy:
With the closed-loop control of proportional valve group and displacement sensor, the synchronization error of multiple legs is ≤ 2mm, ensuring that the overall posture of the pump truck is stable during leveling and support, and avoiding uneven force on one side.
Long service life:
The surface is plated with hard chromium (25-35 μ m) and treated with phosphating, which has excellent anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties. Safety redundancy design:
