Structural Design Details

Adopting a composite structure of mutual cladding between metal materials and carbon fiber materials, with precise lay-up design for core components——the cylinder barrel adopts 0-degree lay-up process, which can effectively reduce the stress and displacement of the cylinder barrel during operation and improve structural stability; the piston rod adopts 90-degree lay-up process, which significantly improves the stiffness of the piston rod and ensures transmission accuracy. The metal inner lining and the fiber winding layer work together to bear the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder, giving full play to the performance advantages of the two materials.

Material Selection Details

The resin matrix adopts a tough epoxy resin system, which fundamentally overcomes the defects of high brittleness and poor fatigue resistance of ordinary epoxy resins; at the same time, nano-materials are doped in the resin matrix to further enhance the anti-leakage performance of the product and ensure the tightness of the hydraulic system.
