Hydraulic system oil pipe is a pipeline component that transmits hydraulic oil. By bearing system pressure and ensuring that the oil flows without leakage, it realizes the hydraulic connection between power components (oil pump), control components (valve group), and actuating components (oil cylinder/motor). It is divided into high-pressure rubber hoses, metal hard hoses, nylon hoses, etc. according to material and structure, and needs to be selected based on system pressure, flow rate, and installation environment. It is a key basic component to ensure the stable operation of hydraulic systems.

Technical advantages and features
(1) High voltage anti explosion design
Steel wire wrapped rubber hose: using 4-storey high-strength steel wire winding (tensile strength ≥ 1800 MPa), with a blasting pressure of 5 times the working pressure, suitable for ultra-high pressure systems (such as the hydraulic system of a 70 MPa shield machine).
Metal Hard Pipe: Made of cold drawn seamless steel pipe (with a wall thickness tolerance of ± 0.1 mm), the welded joint strength is ≥ 90% of the pipe body, and can withstand an impact pressure of 40 MPa.
(2) Long life corrosion-resistant structure
The rubber layer inside the hose is made of a composite material of nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluororubber (FKM), which is resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion (volume change rate ≤± 5%) and has a service life of ≥ 5 years in 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil.
The inner wall of stainless steel hard pipes is acid washed and passivated (surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 μ m), which extends the service life of carbon steel pipes by three times in corrosive environments such as seawater and mine water.
(3) Anti vibration and fatigue resistance
The rubber hose adopts a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer, with anti vibration performance of 50Hz and 50g acceleration (ISO 16750 standard), suitable for bumpy working conditions of construction machinery (such as excavator hydraulic system rubber hose pulse life ≥ 1.5 million times).
Reserve a compensation amount of 10-20 mm during the installation of metal hard pipes, and use elastic pipe clamps to reduce joint loosening caused by vibration (loosening torque ≤ 15% of the initial torque).
(4) Lightweight and easy to install
Nylon tubing is 60% lighter than rubber tubing and 80% lighter than metal tubing, making it suitable for aviation hydraulic systems (such as aircraft landing gear piping using nylon 12, with a weight ≤ 1/3 of traditional steel tubing).
The installation time of the quick plug joint is 70% shorter than that of traditional welding joints, and it is suitable for quick on-site maintenance (such as hydraulic pipeline replacement time for engineering rescue vehicles ≤ 10 minutes).
