The accumulator cylinder is the core executive component of the hydraulic system that integrates energy storage function. It stores pressure energy by compressing gas (nitrogen) through hydraulic oil, and has dual functions of cylinder driving and energy buffering. It can release energy to compensate for pressure loss during system pressure fluctuations, or provide emergency power in case of sudden pressure loss. It is widely used in engineering machinery, metallurgical equipment and other scenarios that require instantaneous high flow oil supply or pressure maintenance.

Dual function integrated design:
Energy storage end: using high-strength alloy cylinder (such as 42CrMo)+rubber airbag/piston seal, gas leakage rate ≤ 0.5%/year, can stably store energy in an environment of -40 ℃~+80 ℃;
Execution end: The surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chromium (20-30 μ m), combined with a wear-resistant guide sleeve, to achieve synchronous driving and energy release, reducing the number of system components.
Ultra long energy storage retention capacity:
The sealing system adopts a polyurethane+metal skeleton composite structure, combined with phosphating treatment on the inner wall of the cylinder. During static pressure holding, the pressure attenuation is ≤ 1%/24 hours, which can meet the emergency power needs of equipment shutdown within 72 hours .
High environmental adaptability:
Anti vibration: able to withstand 50Hz, 50g acceleration vibration, suitable for bumpy working conditions of construction machinery;
