The hydraulic system gear pump is a power component that delivers hydraulic oil by generating volume changes through the meshing of one or more pairs of gears. It uses the periodic changes in the volume between gear teeth to achieve oil suction and discharge, providing a medium pressure (10-25 MPa) power source for the hydraulic system. It has a simple structure and strong anti pollution ability, and is widely used in engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, hydraulic lubrication systems and other scenarios, especially suitable for working conditions that do not require high accuracy but require continuous oil supply.

Technical Advantages and Features

(1) Anti pollution and reliability design

The gear adopts 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching (hardness HRC58-62), and the tooth surface is ground (roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m), which can withstand the impact of 15 μ m particles in oil and has a service life of ≥ 5000 hours (2.5 years can be used after 8 hours per day).

Axial clearance automatic compensation structure (such as floating shaft sleeve), with a clearance recovery accuracy of ≤ 0.02 mm after wear, maintaining a volumetric efficiency of ≥ 80% (traditional design attenuates to 70%).


(2) Low cost and easy maintenance

The number of structural components is 40% less than that of plunger pumps, reducing manufacturing costs by 30%, and is suitable for economical hydraulic systems (such as agricultural machinery and small hydraulic stations).

Modular design enables gear, bearing, and seal replacement time to be ≤ 30 minutes, with maintenance costs 50% lower than plunger pumps.


(3) Wide working condition adaptability

Temperature resistance range -20 ℃~+80 ℃ (with mineral hydraulic oil), -40 ℃~+120 ℃ (with synthetic hydraulic oil).

Allow short time rotation (≤ 10 seconds), and the impact of changes in oil viscosity on flow rate is ≤± 8% (± 15% for plunger pumps).


(4) Low speed and high torque characteristics

The cycloidal gear pump can still maintain 70% of its rated flow rate at a low speed of 500 r/min, suitable for low-speed scenarios such as lubrication systems and delivery pumps.

The flow pulsation of the internal gear pump is ≤± 5%, which can replace some blade pumps and be used in working conditions with moderate stability requirements (such as injection molding machine mold closing auxiliary oil circuit).
