Technical advantages and features
(1) Efficient thermal management design
Heat dissipation structure of baffle: Built in U-shaped baffle increases oil flow (path extension by 2-3 times), increases heat dissipation area by 40%, and controls oil temperature at 40-55 ℃ (optimal working range).
Intelligent temperature control system: When the oil temperature is above 60 ℃, the cooler will automatically start, and when it is below 10 ℃, the heater will start. The temperature control accuracy is ± 2 ℃ (suitable for cold working equipment).
(2) Customized scene adaptation
Explosion proof fuel tank: Made of Ex d IIC T6 certified material, with a hydraulic oil ignition point of ≥ 320 ℃, suitable for hazardous areas in the petrochemical industry.
Food grade fuel tank: The inner wall is electrolytic polished (Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m) and coated with FDA certification. The hydraulic oil meets the NSF-H1 standard and is suitable for pharmaceutical equipment.
