Description
Jiaheng Hydraulic Lifting Valve is designed to control the lifting, holding and lowering functions of hydraulic cylinders in mobile and industrial lifting systems. By regulating hydraulic oil direction, pressure and flow, the valve helps achieve smooth lifting, stable load holding and controlled movement under varying loads.
With rated pressures of 16–40 MPa and flow ranges from 5 to 500 L/min, the lifting valve can be configured for construction machinery, aerial work platforms, lifting equipment and other hydraulic systems requiring reliable load control.

(1) Triple safety locking design
Hydraulic locking: Equipped with dual hydraulic control one-way valves, it locks the position of the oil cylinder in case of pressure loss, with a locking error of ≤ 0.5mm (10 meter stroke);
Mechanical locking: optional mechanical pin structure, with a locking force of ≥ 120% of the rated load when carrying;
Pressure sensing locking: When the system pressure fluctuates by more than 10%, the backup seal compensation is automatically triggered to maintain the pressure holding state.
(2) Anti impact dynamic response
The valve core adopts a conical surface+damping hole structure, with an impact pressure attenuation rate of ≥ 40% (such as during emergency stop of high-altitude operation vehicles);
Equipped with a built-in buffer valve group, the speed fluctuation during lifting start stop is ≤ ± 5% to avoid load shaking (typical application: leveling of lifting equipment for port cranes).
(3) Long life sealing technology
The main seal adopts a polyurethane+metal skeleton composite structure, with a wear resistance of ≥ 100000 times (50 lifts per day can be used for 5 years);
Dust seal labyrinth design (protection level IP67), blocking more than 99% of dust intrusion, suitable for harsh working conditions such as mining and metallurgy.
(4) Intelligent integrated design
Integrated pressure sensor (accuracy ± 0.5% FS) and displacement feedback module, real-time monitoring of lifting status;
Support CANopen bus communication, remote adjustment of lifting speed (adjustable from 0.1-5m/min) and pressure threshold.
(5) Adaptability to all operating conditions
Temperature resistance -40 ℃~+80 ℃, response time ≤ 50ms in -20 ℃ environment;
The anti vibration performance reaches 50Hz and 50g acceleration (ISO 16750 standard), suitable for bumpy scenarios of construction machinery.
