Technical advantages and features
(1) Double limit mechanism
Mechanical hard limit: Built in adjustable collision block structure, limit error ≤ ± 0.3 mm, can withstand 5000N impact force (such as injection molding machine mold closing limit);
Hydraulic soft limit: The pressure sensing valve core automatically releases pressure when overtravel, with a response time of ≤ 15 ms to avoid rigid impact.
(2) High precision position control
Adopting magnetostrictive displacement sensors (accuracy ± 0.1 mm), combined with electro-hydraulic proportional valves to achieve closed-loop control, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤± 0.5 mm (applicable to machine tool worktable limit);
The collision block adjustment range of the mechanically triggered limit valve is 0-100 mm, suitable for different stroke requirements.
(3) Anti impact and long-life design
The valve core is made of 27SiMn alloy and plated with hard chromium (thickness 20 μ m), with a resistance to impact of ≥ 500000 times (triggered 1000 times a day for 14 years);
The sealing system adopts a polyurethane+metal skeleton composite structure, with a leakage rate of ≤ 3 drops/minute, suitable for high-frequency action scenarios.
(4) Intelligent integration and monitoring
Integrated CANopen bus interface, real-time upload of limit position and pressure data, triggering sound and light alarms in case of abnormalities (response time ≤ 50 ms);
Support remote setting of limit points (through HMI human-machine interface), adapted to the needs of fast switching between multiple working conditions.
