To comprehensively summarize the experiences and achievements of the third phase of the 2025 "100-Day Battle," further promote the company's "Striving for Excellence" spirit,
and strengthen the cohesion and execution of the marketing team, on February 25th, the Marketing Center organized a team empowerment training event for all employees
under the theme of "Challenging Ourselves, Forging a Strong Team." The event, conducted through hiking and jogging, aimed to hone willpower, build consensus, and build momentum
for the new year's performance sprint.

The day was overcast and slightly cool, with favorable weather adding to the energetic atmosphere. At 8:10 AM, all marketing personnel gathered on time at the weighbridge at the company's
main entrance, and set off at 8:20 AM. The training route was a round trip from the company's main entrance to the Water Conservancy Culture Park, approximately 7 kilometers, conducted
through a combination of hiking and jogging. Throughout the journey, General Manager Yang Ji accompanied the team, running alongside them and encouraging them with his actions.
With high spirits and firm steps, all members encouraged and supported each other, completing the entire training exercise with unwavering determination, fully demonstrating the marketing
team's positive spirit of not fearing difficulties, striving for excellence, and working together with a shared purpose.

Upon arriving at the Water Conservancy Culture Park, each team took a group photo, capturing the wonderful moment of unity and progress. The Administration and Human Resources
Department provided support throughout the process and randomly checked employees' understanding of the company culture to assess the effectiveness of their learning.

General Manager Yang Ji provided an in-depth interpretation of the company's corporate culture on-site, drawing on the company's development
and practical experience to profoundly explain the core meaning of "Striving for Excellence," guiding all marketing personnel to unify their thinking,
recognize gaps, and clarify goals. He encouraged everyone to meet new challenges and achieve new successes with even higher morale
and a more pragmatic approach.
