Adopting force feedback proportional electromagnet+precision valve core structure, the linearity of pneumatic hydraulic conversion is ≥ 99%, and the output pressure/flow rate is strictly proportional to the pneumatic signal, which is suitable for motion control of precision machining equipment.
Built in displacement sensor (accuracy ± 0.01mm), real-time feedback of valve core position, eliminating hysteresis error (≤ 0.5%) through PID closed-loop control.
Fast dynamic response:
The valve core adopts a lightweight design (mass ≤ 200g), combined with a short damping hole flow channel (length ≤ 5mm), and a step response rise time ≤ 15ms, meeting the dynamic working conditions of high-speed stamping machinery, injection molding machines, etc.
