Anti concrete pollution design:

The sealing system adopts a dual lip polyurethane+metal skeleton structure, combined with a cylinder head labyrinth anti slurry ring (protection level IP69K), which can block more than 99% of concrete slurry from entering, avoiding piston rod scratches and hydraulic oil pollution;

The surface of the piston rod is coated with a ceramic coating (thickness 0.2-0.4mm) sprayed at supersonic speed, which improves its wear resistance by three times compared to traditional chrome plating and is suitable for frequent expansion and contraction during spraying operations.


Millimeter level precise positioning:

Integrated magnetostrictive displacement sensor (accuracy ± 0.5mm) and electro-hydraulic proportional valve, multi arm hydraulic cylinder synchronization error ≤ 2mm, ensuring spray head positioning accuracy ≤ 30mm, meeting the forming requirements of tunnel curved surface spraying;

The amplitude speed can be accurately controlled between 0.1 ° -5 °/s, and the peak impact during start/stop is ≤ 12% of the rated pressure, reducing splashing during concrete spraying.


Security redundancy and environmental adaptation:

Equipped with dual hydraulic control locks and emergency pressure holding circuit, the arm lock error is ≤ 1.5mm in case of sudden pressure loss to prevent the spray head from falling; The cylinder head is equipped with an overload protection valve (with an opening pressure of 1.3 times the rated pressure);

Temperature resistance -30 ℃~+80 ℃, combined with UV resistant hydraulic hose, suitable for the temperature difference environment between open-pit mines and tunnels, and can still work stably in areas above 4000 meters above sea level.
