Advantages and Characteristics
Ultra high pressure anti overturning ability:
The working pressure is 30-42 MPa, and the peak pressure can reach 48 MPa. A single cylinder can provide 28-55 tons of anti overturning thrust, especially suitable for large tonnage cranes to resist the huge overturning moment caused by the weight of the boom and heavy objects during high elevation lifting.
Dynamic balance control:
Built in electro-hydraulic proportional valve and angle sensor closed-loop system, the amplitude speed can be accurately controlled within 0.1 °~5 °/s, and the peak impact during start/stop is ≤ 15% of the rated pressure, avoiding load impact caused by the shaking of the suspended object.
Anti eccentric load buffering structure:
The cylinder barrel is forged with 42CrMo and precision honed (straightness ≤ 0.02mm/m), and the surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chromium (35-45 μ m) and ultra precision ground. Combined with an adjustable buffering valve (buffering stroke 50-100mm), it can absorb more than 90% of hydraulic impact during amplitude start stop.
