Ultra high pressure lateral support capability:

Working pressure of 32-45 MPa, peak pressure up to 50 MPa, single cylinder can provide 33-68 tons of horizontal thrust, stable resistance to overturning moment during lifting operations, especially suitable for large eccentric load scenarios such as wind power lifting and petrochemical equipment installation.


All terrain adaptive leveling:

With high-precision displacement sensors and electro-hydraulic proportional valves, the synchronization error of the multi leg horizontal oil cylinder is ≤ 1.5mm (when the span is 6 meters), and it supports independent leveling of one leg. It can still achieve precise adjustment of the vehicle's levelness ≤ 0.5 ° on uneven ground with a slope of ≤ 5 °.


Anti impact and wear-resistant structure:

The cylinder barrel is forged with 42CrMo and polished with ultra precision (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m). The surface of the piston rod is plated with hard chromium (40-50 μ m) and polished with a mirror finish. Combined with an anti impact guide sleeve (buffer stroke 30-80mm), it can absorb more than 95% of the hydraulic impact during the expansion and contraction of the support legs.


Extreme environmental durability:

The sealing system adopts a metal skeleton+fluororubber composite material, with a temperature resistance of -50 ℃~+150 ℃, combined with PVD ceramic coating on the inner wall of the cylinder, with a service life of ≥ 180000 cycles in harsh environments such as ocean salt spray and desert sand and dust (calculated based on 60 expansion and contraction cycles per day, it can be used for 8 years).
