Impact resistance and stability
Adopting reinforced cylinder/piston rod material (such as 27SiMn alloy steel) and multi-layer sealing structure, it effectively buffers the instantaneous impact of the support leg touching the ground, suppresses hydraulic oil leakage, ensures stable support state of the support leg, and avoids shaking during vehicle operation.
Millimeter level synchronous accuracy
In conjunction with the proportional valve control and displacement sensing system, the synchronization error of the multi leg vertical oil cylinder is ≤ 2mm, ensuring precise leveling of the entire vehicle, maintaining the balance of the crane's working posture, and improving lifting safety.
Long service life
The surface is plated with hard chromium (20-30 μ m) and treated with phosphating, which has excellent corrosion and wear resistance. It has a service life of ≥ 100000 cycles in frequent support and leveling operations, and is suitable for high-strength construction needs of on-board cranes.
